Also that's just how Mai Shiranui dresses, that's her normal outfit in just about all the games she's in. That's why there's so many doujins out there of her... the kinds that make you go O_o

This is nicely done! I like the wrinkles in her clothing...although there's not much clothing but what little clothes there are, they are well done!!
